I bliss that I have just been given the most gorgeous chocolate for Easter!! Dark chocolate with rasberries, statwberries and cranberries-- Yum - also bliss I had a brilliant time at the Adam's family last night --I love their motto " define normal". The musical reminds us all that beauty is in the "eye of the beholder " so remembering that we own ourselves -- we therefore need to be the ones who see ourselves AS  beautiful!!!!!!!!! Cheryl x

If doing all you should is making you stale... STOP & do something completely different to get your delicious sparkle back! xx

I'm back!!  I had a long wonderful break away and I hope you did too...so I'm curious..what if you decided that this weekend you were just going to go easy on yourself, not give yourself a hard time and give yourself deep permissiom to um receive easily?
