We use Fastway Couriers who do an excellent job and cover most Australian postcodes. We use Australia Registered Post for more remote postcodes. All parcels are insured and tracking details are sent to you via e-mail upon shipment.

Marina J aim's to dispatch your order within 24 hours. Next day delivery to Sydney when orders are placed before 1pm the previous day. We aim for your parcel to move fast! It can take from 1 to 7 working days to arrive depending on where you live in Australia. There may be a delay in shipping over busy periods.

A signature is required on delivery for all parcels as extra assurance for you. We cannot therefore deliver to PO Boxes, so a work address may be more practical than a home address. A card will be left for you to contact Fastway Couriers or Australia Post for another delivery time. If not collected first time, it will be sent straight back to Goddess Central and you will need to pay for it to be re-delivered again. You can track your parcel by clicking on the below links. We ship via the competitively priced Australia Post Air Mail at a rate that will be automatically added to your order. To keep your costs down this service is not registered. Shipping charges do not include any individual country's customs fees, tariffs or duties. All packages will have actual value declared.

We are also happy to ship by courier at your request so you can track your parcel & sign on delivery in countries that have this service. Generally, shipments are delivered to most countries within 3-14 working days, however, due to various Customs Procedures in your country, we cannot assume responsibility for their delays.

For us to process your international order, please ensure you read and accept the following agreement: You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges levied by your country of entry. Furthermore, Marinaj.net is not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left Australia. Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred by Marinaj.net. When the returned merchandise is received by Marinaj.net, your card account will be credited for the merchandise only.

Returning Item Checklist:

We refund or exchange items that have been returned to us unworn (but tried on is fine!) within 14 days of purchase date (Australian purchases) and within 30 days (international purchases) under the following policy:

1. Email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 3 days of receipt of items to advise us that you are returning an item and reason why. We will send you a return number to be written onto your packing slip.
2. Send the item (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, original packaging, with tags attached) with the packing slip & return number to:

3. Include your full name, address, telephone number(s) and reason why. Tell us if you would prefer a refund or exchange. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless items are faulty or not as ordered). If exchanging please include postal order amount for original freight charge so we can re-send. Or we can hold a credit to your account which is valid 6 months from proof of purchase.

4. We process refunds quickly, within 48 hours, however your bank or card issuer can take up to 10 working days to process a refund after items have been received. This is out of our control.

Your item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please protect yourself and use Registered Post. Please email us with your registration number as this is the number that will be used for insurance as a registered item is void without it. Any item that is not sent via registered post and goes missing in the post will not be credited.

Please note we do not refund or exchange sale items or items that have been worn.
