The Immersion day is just that! It is a day when my sole focus is on you.  I am going to listen carefully to where you are at, to what you are saying and to what you are needing and we going to immerse ourselves in your world and then my world to create profound shifts.

You have all the answers inside of you and we are going to draw them out!

I often hear my clients say after a coaching session - "I just want to stay here for a few more hours because I am in the zone right now with you and don't want to face the outside world just yet.."

The reason is when you and I connect something happens, you drop into your heart and get into alignment with YOU and all your answers come flooding in; the longer I hold that sacred space for you to grow, the deeper your results are going to be in a shorter space of time.  So what might take 4 weeks in an hourly session once a week we will transform in one day.

This is how it works:

• We are going to immerse you via the phone, skype or face to face, so it doesn't matter if you can get to me or not, I can get to you!

• We start at 9.30am and finish at 1.30pm.  There will be bliss breaks in between our coaching together where I will leave the room or you will hang up the phone to immerse yourself in the task I've given you.  You will leave at 1.30pm feeling blissed out, deeply connected to yourself, re-energised and with a strong plan for your future that makes you want to dance in your seat!
